If you’d told us back on June 15, 2025, that we’d be here today, launching a company, building something real, and connecting with an entire community of firearm lovers, we probably would’ve laughed.
This all started with one idea, one night, and one post on Reddit.

After, tinkering with the KRISS Vector platform, trying to solve a problem that plenty of people before him had tried, and failed, to fix: the trigger reset.
And somehow… he figured it out.

He posted his idea online, and within hours, the internet went crazy. People from all over were asking questions, sharing the post, and saying finally! It was wild.

At first, our plan was small, “let’s make a hundred of them, pay off a few bills, and call it a win.” But before we knew it, THOUSANDS of people along with prominent social media influencers, were reaching out asking how and where to buy one. That’s when it hit us: this could actually become something.

We originally called ourselves Wicked Arms Innovations, and we even partnered with GunTuber, Irish Rifle Academy, to debut the prototype. The launch exploded and even more thousands of people were suddenly talking about it.
That’s when we realized, “Okay… we really need to do this for real.”

Of course, that’s also when things got messy. Another company called Wicked Arms (they do beautiful custom engravings by the way) started getting flooded with emails meant for us. They reached out with a polite cease and desist, then quickly trademarked the name. We totally understood the situation they found themselves in and the need to protect their name and their livelihoods.
So, we had to start over, legally, financially, and emotionally.

Changing our name through the state, redoing all our business documents, changing our entity name with the IRS… it took weeks. But that downtime ended up being a blessing in disguise.

While all the paperwork dragged on, the big man himself, Christian, kept refining the design, making sure everything would function without a hitch. This is where he also learned how to increase the rate of fire from the already 1300 rpm it was producing.

That meant completely reworking everything: drawings, prototypes, tolerances, we’re talking 1/100 of a millimeter adjustments. Every time we thought we nailed it, we’d discover some new variable …like material weight differences that changed how the system performed. Back to the drawing board. Again. And again.

We spent months testing, tweaking, and burning through ammo and gas until it finally ran flawlessly. We could’ve released it way sooner, but it wouldn’t have been right.

And that’s not how we do things. We’re not here to just make it happen,  we’re here to make it happen safely, reliably, and without cutting corners.

While Christian focused on the mechanics, I (Erin) jumped in to help keep things running.

To be totally honest, I wasn’t crazy about the idea at first. I’ve never been super into firearms; that’s always been his world. But we have been a team for the past 17 years, where we have always supported one another with every dream we have ever chased, always together.  And you all will be happy to know that I have been slowly but surely learning everything there is to know about firearms. (also if you see me in a video standing goofy, mind your business! Hahaha!  But for real, take it easy on me. I am learning, adjusting, and getting comfortable operating firearms! I am trying I really am! ) 

So I told him, “I’ll take over the office work, social media, operations, logistics, all the stuff that makes your head spin.”And just like that, Duality Arms Co. became a real partnership in life and in business.

With all the hurdles we have come across it certainly has not been easy. There are struggles that we never shared with you. Like, we were prepared to launch with pre-orders weeks ago… But in the true fashion in which things seem to be happening for us, our web developer totally ghosted us. The man who held our domain name.. The man who held the “publish” button for us to go live… gone. Countless calls, texts, emails were made and still to this day yet to remain unanswered. So alas, we had to start over again, rebuild everything, buy a new domain, and find a new host. 

It’s been chaotic, stressful, and more than once we asked ourselves, “Is this even worth it?”. This is where you all stepped in without even knowing. Seeing all of your kind words and messages of support made it clear we could not walk away from this and let all of you down.

But here we are, 140 days later, standing on the other side of it, proud of what we’ve built and what’s coming next.

Now that we’ve finally made it here, this page along with our social media, will be where we share everything that happens next, the behind-the-scenes process, product updates, design stories, lessons learned, and maybe a few late-night thoughts from the shop.
