1. General Policy

1.1. All purchases made directly through Duality Arms Co., LLC are final once payment has been processed.
Purchases made through authorized dealers are subject to that dealer’s individual return and refund policies. Duality Arms Co., LLC does not process or oversee returns for purchases made through third-party retailers or distributors.
1.2. Due to the specialized nature of firearm components, Duality Arms Co., LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped, except as expressly stated in this policy.
1.3 The Company currently ships to all U.S. states except the following restricted jurisdictions:
CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, HI, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OR, RI, WA, and DC.
1.4. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO, FPO, DPO, or international addresses.
1.5. Orders placed to any restricted or non-serviceable location will be automatically canceled and refunded minus a 10% processing and handling fee to cover processing fees.
1.6. Customers are encouraged to contact their local and state representatives to advocate for legislation supporting lawful access to firearm components.


2. Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment

2.1. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if the product has not yet shipped, email us at refundrequest@duality-arms.com 
2.2. Approved cancellations will incur a 10% processing and handling fee to cover transaction and administrative costs.
2.3. Once a shipping label has been created or the package has been transferred to a carrier, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.


3. Troubleshooting Prior to Return

Before a return, replacement, or warranty claim is approved, customers must go through basic troubleshooting steps. Providing additional information such as photos or videos to help identify and resolve the issue. Duality Arms Co., LLC reserves the right to determine whether an issue can be resolved through troubleshooting or if a physical return is necessary.


4. Defective or Incorrect Products

4.1. If you believe a product is defective or you received an incorrect item, you must contact Duality Arms Co., LLC within seven (7) business days of receipt.
4.2. All claims require proof of purchase from Duality Arms Co., LLC directly.
4.3. Claims must include detailed information, along with photos or video evidence of the issue.
4.4. Duality Arms Co., LLC reserves the right to inspect, evaluate, and determine the cause of the reported issue before approving a replacement.


5. Return / Claim Process

5.1. To request a return or warranty claim, customers must complete the Return / Claim Request Form available on the Duality Arms Co., LLC website or email RefundRequest@duality-arms.com.
5.2. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Duality Arms Co., LLC; replacement products, if approved, will be shipped at the company’s expense.
5.3. A product will not be replaced until the original item has been received and inspected by Duality Arms Co., LLC.


6. Exclusions

6.1. This policy does not cover:
(a) Normal wear and tear.
(b) Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function.
(c) Damage resulting from use of reloaded or hand-loaded ammunition, overpressure rounds, or unsafe firearm conditions.
(d) Misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, or neglect.
(e) Products used for commercial, rental, or continuous high-volume firing.
(f) Damage caused by shipping carriers, theft, loss, or mishandling after confirmed delivery.


7. Shipping & Delivery Disputes

7.1. Once tracking information shows an item as “Delivered”, Duality Arms Co., LLC considers the order fulfilled.
7.2. If a package is lost, misdelivered, or stolen after carrier confirmation, the customer must reach out to us to initiate a trace of your delivery. 
7.3. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders at the company’s discretion.


8. Fraud, Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payments

8.1. Duality Arms Co., LLC actively monitors and disputes fraudulent chargebacks.
8.2. Initiating a chargeback after confirmed delivery or shipment will result in termination of purchasing privileges and may lead to legal recovery of losses, including processing and dispute fees.
8.3. The company employs Address Verification (AVS), CVV verification, and fraud screening through its payment processor to minimize unauthorized transactions.


9. Compliance & State Restrictions

9.1. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that products purchased are legal to possess in their state or locality.
9.2. No refunds will be issued for products rendered illegal after purchase or confiscated due to local or state restrictions.


10. Refund Method

10.1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
10.2. Refund processing times vary by payment provider; please allow 7–10 business days after approval.


11. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, County of Coryell, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
