RA-ZR Comp Trigger
Reduced Action. Zero* Reset.
Minimize movement. Maximize control.
The RA-ZR Comp Trigger is a performance-driven upgrade engineered specifically for the KRISS Vector platform—addressing a long-standing gap in trigger refinement. For over two decades, the platform has lacked a purpose-built trigger solution focused on control, efficiency, and mechanical precision. The RA-ZR was developed to change that.
At its core, the RA-ZR system is built around reduced action geometry, minimizing unnecessary movement throughout the firing cycle. The result is a shorter, more controlled trigger pull with a clean, predictable break.
The defining characteristic of the RA-ZR is its advanced reset timing, engineered to significantly reduce reset distance and allow the trigger to re-engage earlier in the cycle. This creates a highly efficient and responsive shooting experience with minimal forward movement between shots—while maintaining standard semi-automatic operation.
The RA-ZR Comp Trigger maintains standard semi-automatic operation, requiring a separate trigger pull for each shot. Its reduced travel and minimal reset distance allow for faster re-engagement of the trigger without altering the firearm’s firing cycle.
*Zero Reset (RA-ZR Definition):
“Zero Reset” refers to the minimized perceptible reset enabled by advanced trigger timing—not the absence of reset.
Zero assistance. Total control.
Zero Reset Geometry
Engineered to minimize reset distance to the shortest functional range possible, allowing immediate trigger re-engagement with minimal forward travel.
No assisted reset. Fully mechanical, user-driven reset behavior.
The RA-ZR system achieves its performance through refined internal geometry—not through forced or assisted reset mechanism.
Key Features
- Reduced Action Geometry
Shortened trigger travel for a more efficient firing cycle and less wasted motion - Advanced Reset Timing
Earlier reset engagement with extremely short reset distance - Clean, Predictable Break
Consistent release point for improved shot control and repeatability - Platform-Specific Engineering
Designed specifically for the KRISS Vector to address known trigger limitations - Mechanical Simplicity
No assisted or forced reset components—performance achieved through geometry alone
Design Philosophy
The RA-ZR Comp Trigger is not built around gimmicks or artificial enhancements. It is a refinement of mechanical interaction—removing excess, tightening response, and delivering a more direct connection between shooter input and firearm behavior.
“We didn’t add anything artificial. We removed inefficiency.”
