Duality Arms Co., LLC- Legal Compliance Statement

1. Purpose of Statement
   1.1 This Legal Compliance Statement outlines the Company’s position and the responsibilities of the customer in relation to the purchase, ownership, and use of all products sold by Duality Arms Co., LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
   1.2 By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Statement.

2. Nature of Products
   2.1 Duality Arms Co., LLC manufactures and sells firearm accessories and enhancement components, not complete firearms, frames, receivers, or any parts classified as firearms under federal law.
   2.2 None of our products are regulated as NFA (National Firearms Act) items, nor are they designed to convert a firearm into an automatic weapon.
   2.3 Our products are intended for lawful sporting, recreational, and personal-use applications by responsible owners.

3. Customer Responsibility
   3.1 It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any purchase, installation, modification, or use of our products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
   3.2 The Company makes no representation that its products are legal for use or possession in every jurisdiction.
   3.3 Buyers are strongly advised to review their local laws or consult qualified legal counsel before ordering, possessing, or installing any firearm accessory.

4. Installation and Use
   4.1 All products must be installed and used in accordance with provided video instructions and standard firearm safety practices.
   4.2 Improper installation, modification, or misuse of any product may cause property damage, injury, or death.
   4.3 The buyer assumes all risks associated with the use and installation of Duality Arms Co. products.

5. No Alteration of Firearm Classification
   5.1 Duality Arms Co. products are not designed or intended to alter the classification of a firearm under the Gun Control Act (GCA), National Firearms Act (NFA), or any related legislation.
   5.2 Any modification that changes a firearm’s firing characteristics or classification is performed at the sole risk and discretion of the buyer.
   5.3 The Company disclaims all liability arising from unauthorized modifications, conversions, or unlawful use of its products.

6. Export Restrictions
   6.1 Duality Arms Co. products are subject to U.S. export control laws.
   6.2 We do not ship products outside of the United States without proper authorization.
   6.3 Any attempt to export or re-export our products without compliance with U.S. law may result in severe civil or criminal penalties.

7. Indemnification
   7.1 By purchasing or using any product from Duality Arms Co., LLC, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from misuse, unlawful use, or non-compliance with applicable laws.

8. Assumption of Risk
   8.1 The buyer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the safe handling, installation, and operation of any firearm or firearm accessory.
   8.2 Firearms and related components must always be handled safely, and the buyer agrees to follow all firearm safety rules and manufacturer guidelines.

9. Acknowledgment
   9.1 By completing a purchase, you confirm that you:
    a. Are at least 18 years of age;
    b. Are not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms or firearm accessories;
    c. Have reviewed all applicable laws governing your use and possession of our products; and
    d. Agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Legal Compliance Statement and the Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk Agreement.

10. Governing Law
    10.1 This Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
    10.2 Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Coryell County, Texas.
