Before starting a return or warranty claim, our team is happy to walk you through troubleshooting steps to get your setup running right. Many issues can be resolved quickly with a few adjustments or proper installation guidance.
Please reach out with WELL LIT photos, video, a short description of what’s happening. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER in order for us to help with troubleshooting.
