Duality Arms Co., LLC — Shipping Policy

1. General Overview
1.1. Duality Arms Co., LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides free domestic shipping on all eligible orders placed through our online store at www.duality-arms.com.
1.2. All orders are shipped from our facility in Texas via USPS or UPS with tracking and signature confirmation required upon delivery.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or modify shipping carriers and requirements at any time without prior notice.
2. Processing and Fulfillment
2.1. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. As a small business with contract manufacturing and limited runs, we cannot guarantee specific fulfillment times.
2.2. Processing times may vary based on production volume, component availability, and product release schedules.
2.3. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once their order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Coverage and Restrictions
3.1. The Company currently ships to all U.S. states except the following restricted jurisdictions:
CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, HI, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA, and DC.
3.2. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO, FPO, DPO, or international addresses.
3.3. Orders placed to any restricted or non-serviceable location will be automatically canceled and refunded minus a 10% processing and handling fee to cover non-refundable payment and administrative costs.
3.4. Customers are encouraged to contact their local and state representatives to advocate for legislation supporting lawful access to firearm components.
4. Delivery and Signature Requirements
4.1. All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
4.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
4.3. If a package is returned to Duality Arms Co., LLC due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or unclaimed status, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
5.1. Once a package has been accepted by USPS or UPS and marked as “Delivered”, the Company’s responsibility for the shipment ends.
5.2. Duality Arms Co., LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after carrier delivery confirmation.
5.3. Customers who believe their package was stolen, lost, or delivered to the wrong address must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a Missing Mail or Package Claim.
5.4. We will assist with documentation or tracking confirmation as needed to help customers resolve delivery disputes with the carrier.
6. Damage or Defects Upon Arrival
6.1. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact CustomerService@Duality-Arms.com within five (5) business days of delivery.
6.2. Customers must provide clear photographs or video of the packaging and product to initiate a replacement review.
6.3. Damage caused by mishandling during unpacking, improper installation, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
7. Order Cancellations
7.1. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process.
7.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via CustomerService@duality-arms.com and must include the order number and reason for cancellation.
7.3. Once an order has shipped, it may not be canceled or recalled.
8. Compliance Disclaimer
8.1. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and installation of firearm components.
8.2. Duality Arms Co., LLC is not responsible for confiscation, seizure, or denial of delivery due to legal restrictions or customer noncompliance.
