   3.2 Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

   3.4 In the event of cancellation, any authorized payments will be promptly refunded.

7. Warranty
   7.1 Products manufactured by Duality Arms Co., LLC are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty, subject to the terms stated in that warranty.
   7.2 The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
   7.3 Warranty claims must follow the process outlined on the Warranty Information page.

8. Intellectual Property

    11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
    11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Coryell County, Texas.

12. Severability
    12.1 If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

13. Entire Agreement
    13.1 These Terms, along with any incorporated policies (including Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk and Refund & Return Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
