We get it, sometimes things just don’t click the way they should. Whether you’re having installation issues, function concerns, or just need a second opinion before heading to the range, we’ve got you covered.

Please refer to this troubleshooting guide before reaching out for further instruction:

AS ALWAYS IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE PROPER MAINTANCE HAS BEEN COMPLETED ON YOUR FIREARM PRIOR TO USING OUR PRODUCTS.
A DIRTY AND DRY FIREARM IS AN UNHAPPY FIREARM. 

RECIEVING BURST FIRE WHILE IN SEMI: Make sure you have tightened the spring where it fits around the safety cam. Please refer to installation video on how and where to tighten the spring. 

LIGHT PRIMER STRIKE: If you notice an ongoing issue with light primer stikes. First and foremost, make sure your firearm is clean and properly luberated. Naturally operating a dirty firearm will edventually cause issues in the functionality of your firearm.
Second, Ammo makes a difference, some ammo may work perfect while others may fail. Please try using a different brands of ammo and see if the problem presists. 

AMMO MISFEED: Make sure you are using the appropiate magazine for your firearm. Misfeeds can happen due to your magazie being dirty or the magazine spring maybe too weak. This is another situation where firearm cleaniness and lubrication is of great importance. The quality of ammo could also be coming into play here, please try another brand of ammo.

FAILURE TO FIRE: Inspect your firing pin for any breaks. This could happen if you have an older and well used Vector. It is just one of those things that may need to be replaced throughout your Vector lifetime.

RATL-R IN SEMI MODE: Check the position in which you reinstalled the levers on your safety cam, it is easy to get them turned around and mixed up.

BINARY FIRE: CONTACT US ASAP, with photos of your hammer release.
